I had a dream to go to the Red Hot Chilli Peppers concert. The only one they had in the USA this year was the Ohana Festival at Dana Point, LA. We decided not to miss the opportunity and fly there! On the other hand, our school district surprised us with a fall break this year, and we knew we have to go on vacation! So we combined both experiences in one
We try to explore Hawaiian islands one by one and so far visited Oahu, Big Island, and Maui. During our first visit to Oahu, we spent most of the time in Aulani. We decided to go back and vacay our favorite way: rent a condo, rent a Jeep, and explore! We stayed in the northern part of Oahu and loved it so much! The beaches were spacious and deserted at times, fantastic snorkeling, food in the food trucks – delicious, and the overall experience was pleasant and chill! A rainbow or two brightened every day! We loved our Oahu vacation so much!
When I announced our trip on Instagram, my fellow photographers came up with so many helpful recommendations on what to visit and try. So I decided to share the things we tried and LOVED on Oahu (mostly northern part of the island). I hope this post will be helpful!
