Remember this gorgeous Rose Garden pregnancy announcement I blogged earlier this year? Morgan and Brett didn’t reveal the baby’s gender. Well, their baby arrived right in time for Christmas, and it’s a Girl! They named her Eva, and it fits her perfectly! I was so glad when Morgan contacted me as they needed a newborn photographer in Morgan Hill to capture baby Eva’s first days at home!
Parents created a stunning nursery for her in neutral colors and greenery on the walls and a velvet emerald accent armchair! Very photogenic little space! Morgan picked three adorable neutral colored outfits for baby Eva accompanies by the cutest headbands! I fell in love with the “I love you” crib sheet, which was a perfect backdrop for Eva’s first portraits.
Baby Eva showed us the full spectrum of emotions during the shoot (as mostly any newborn does). But mostly slept through it! She was just two weeks old at that time. But her portraits while stretching and peacefully sleeping in her crib or in parents hands are my favorite.
I was also glad to meet their two fur babies, and we even included them in a couple of their very first family portraits! Such good dogs!
