Today I wanted to share some of my favorite images from my latest Bay Area newborn photoshoot. I met Jessica and John a few months ago in the beautiful and timeless Filoli gardens during their maternity session. Now they invited me to their gorgeous home in the heart of Willow Glen to document the first days of their pride and joy – baby Claire.
Once I entered their home, I was drawn to the huge bay window filling their kitchen with beautiful morning light. It turned out to be a perfect place for their very first portraits as a family of three!
Later in the day, we bundled up baby Claire and stepped outside into their garden. The lemon tree was bursting with fruit and added such a sense of coziness and home. One day they will make some lemonade together, but today mommy is rocking her brand new baby under that tree.
I am delighted to see that baby girl and her beautiful parents at her six and twelve-month milestone sessions.
